Support In Flight LLC publishes free travel information. We do not sell flights, hotels, insurance, seat selections, upgrades or subscriptions, and we never ask for payment to read a guide.
Because no payment is taken by us, there is no charge for us to refund and no booking for us to cancel.
Refunds for flights and other travel
Refunds and cancellations for tickets, hotels or insurance are handled by whoever sold you the product: the airline, the online travel agency, the hotel or the insurer. They hold the booking record and they set the applicable rules.
Our guides explain what to ask for and which rights are commonly available, but we cannot request, approve or process a refund on your behalf.
