These terms apply to every visitor, whether you read one guide or use the site regularly, and they apply from the moment you open a page.

Support In Flight LLC is an independent travel information publisher. We are not an airline, an airport operator, a travel agency, a tour operator or an insurer, and we are not affiliated with any of them.

The purpose of the site is to explain how travel usually works so that you know what to expect, what to ask for and where to check. It exists to prepare you for a conversation with your airline or with an authority, not to replace that conversation.

Airline names, airport codes and place names appear only to describe travel situations. Their use does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction.

Everything here is general information. It is not legal advice, not medical advice, not immigration advice and not a statement of what your particular airline, insurer or government will do in your case.

Reading the site or writing to us does not create a professional, agency or fiduciary relationship. We cannot represent you in a claim, negotiate with a carrier for you, or act on a booking.

Travel rules change frequently and often without notice. Baggage allowances and fees, check in deadlines, security screening procedures, transit and visa requirements, health entry rules, airport layouts and compensation figures are all revised regularly, and practice can differ between airports operating under the same rule.

Figures and timings in our guides are typical examples at the time of writing rather than guarantees. A guide that was accurate when published may be out of date by the time you read it.

Airline, airport, government and provider rules always take precedence over anything written here. Confirm the details that matter with your carrier, the airport, the authorities of every country you enter or transit, or a qualified professional before you rely on them.

We take care to be accurate and we correct mistakes when they are pointed out, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete, current or applicable to your trip.

We also do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption. Pages may be unavailable during maintenance, during a fault at our hosting provider, or for reasons outside our control.

You may read, print and share our pages for your own travel planning, and you may link to them. In return we ask that you use the site in a way that does not spoil it for other readers.

Website content and copyright: the text, layout, structure and design of this site are our property or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Short quotations with a clear link back to the source page are welcome; wholesale copying is not.

Photography and image licences: photographs are used under their own licences and are credited where the licence requires it. Those licences cover use on this website, so a photograph may not automatically be reused elsewhere. If you want to reuse an image, check the credit shown with it and obtain permission from the rights holder rather than from us.

Where we link to an airline, an airport, an authority or another organisation, we do so because it is the authoritative source for a rule. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse their commercial offerings, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices.

Any dealings you have with a third party, including a carrier, an agency, a hotel or an insurer, are between you and that party. Their terms govern that relationship.

Messages sent through the contact form are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please send only what a question needs, and do not send passport numbers, full payment card numbers or other sensitive identifiers.

By sending us a question you allow us to use the substance of it, stripped of anything that identifies you, to improve a guide. Do not send confidential material or anything you are not free to share, and do not expect a reply within any guaranteed time.

We do not sell flights, hotels, insurance, seat selections, upgrades or subscriptions, we take no commission on a booking, and we never ask for payment to read a guide. There is therefore no booking record for us to change and no charge for us to refund.

The site and its content are provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make based on this site, including missed flights, denied boarding, refused entry, additional baggage charges, rejected claims, or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnification: if your misuse of this site, or your breach of these terms, causes a claim against us by someone else, you agree to be responsible for the reasonable costs of dealing with that claim.

We may add, revise, move or remove guides at any time as travel rules change, and we may suspend part or all of the site for maintenance or technical reasons without notice. An address that worked before may therefore change.

Changes to these terms: we may update these terms from time to time. The revised version applies from the date shown at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site after that date means you accept it.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, and disputes relating to them are subject to the courts of that state.
